Manage the E-mail Accounts

Add a record

To add a person to the database fill in the following form and submit it. Make sure you include a UNIQUE 1-10 CHARACTER ID (non-repeating). 

NOTE: Do not use tabs!!! Tabs ruin your database. This is why only one person should manage these accounts.

ID: Use 1-10 unique letter and/or number combinations, like a3c098tr4W
Salutation: Like Mr., Mrs., Ms., Father, Sister, Webmaster
First name:
Last name:
E-mail: Like someone@somewhere.com
Telephone: Use hyphens with no spaces, like 000-000-0000
